MICHELLE A. NOEL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

The Michelle A. Noel Memorial Scholarship, established to honor the memory of the Village of Hillburn’s Youth Center Program Director, provides Summer Camp and After School Program scholarships to children who are residents of the Village, and whose families have demonstrated need or special circumstances.
