Ilana Graf was a member of Ramapo Senior High School’s Class of 1993, graduating with honors. She was an inquisitive, creative and generous person. Ilana was passionate about her multifaceted artistic expression: She was an actress, showcasing her talent both in high school and college; She had a beautiful singing voice, writing and recording many songs; She was a writer, composing poems and keeping prolific journals; She was an artist, designing jewelry and crafting furniture pieces; She was a fashionista, with an original style reflected in her trendy outfits and accessories, many of which she designed. In honor of her creative spirit, which had been fostered during her years at Ramapo High, the Ilana Graf Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior that has demonstrated a strong interest in some form of creative expression, including music, dance, visual arts, drama, or writing.
