The New City Library strives to connect people, information and ideas. To better accomplish this mission, the building will undergo a renovation to meet the needs of the community. For years, patrons have requested more bookable space for meetings and study, and with the rise of working from home that demand has only increased. The building’s transformation will add multiple rooms to satisfy a variety of needs and create a more welcoming and open space. The revitalized library will bring more people together while still providing the same great service and access to materials. The fund will ensure that the full vision of a modern library can be achieved.

MONTESSORI CENTER OF NYACK GROWTH FUND

Founded in 1978, the Montessori Center of Nyack has been serving our community’s children for almost four decades. The school is centered around creating a natural and joyful experience for each child through Montessori learning. The goal of the Montessori Center Of Nyack Growth Fund is to provide funding for in classroom experiences, updated supplies, and to upgrade the playground. Our larger goal is to raise enough capital to resurface the playground and build shade structures.

PEACE IN ELLENVILLE

The Peace in Ellenville fund mission is to help the community de-stress and live in the present moment. The fund offers free and reduced tuition mindfulness classes, workshops, and enrichment programs to children, adults, and families in the area in-person and online.
