Center for Safety & Change provides critical services and support to women and all victims and survivors of gender-based violence and other crimes while working toward justice by creating social change. For over 40 years, Center for Safety & Change has remained the only victim-assistance non-profit agency in Rockland County, providing critical comfort to victims in crisis 24/7/365. In 2022, the Center supported 1,846 victims and survivors with 232,327 services.

WOMEN RUN ROCKLAND FUND

The Women Run Rockland Scholarship Fund was created to encourage young women to enter politics and/or public service in order to further gender equity in elected office and a more representative government. A scholarship will be awarded to a Nyack High School senior pursuing a degree in a two- or four-year college who has demonstrated a strong interest, level of achievement, and/or involvement in political science, civics or government.
