CHRISTINE GALLAGHER SCHOLARSHIP
The Christine Gallagher Scholarship recognizes a high school senior who resides in Rockland County and has shown a demonstrated commitment towards the education and treatment of those with disabilities.
REGENT DR. JUDITH A. JOHNSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Judith Johnson was described by Gary Stern of the Journal-News (October 22, 2019) as the “best known educator in the Lower Hudson Valley, who fought for educational equity for decades and represented the region on the state Board of Regents since 2015. One $500 scholarship will be awarded this year. Recipients must be Rockland County or Peekskill residents interested in furthering their education by attending a college/university or a vocational school. This award is open to previously enrolled and current students. The age range to qualify for this award is 17-26 years old.

RUTH BERKOWITZ MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Ruth Berkowitz Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of Ruth Berkowitz. She is remembered for her loving generosity, fierce determination, and adventurous spirit. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a graduating senior from the East Ramapo school district.
ROCKLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION FUND
The Rockland Community College Student Government Association Fund was created to provide a source of ongoing revenue for RCC’s Herbert Kurz Student Aid fund.
SMARTY PANTS DAYCARE GROWTH FUND
The Smarty Pants Daycare Growth Fund was established to help support programs, equipment and resources for this important program that provides affordable daycare to early childhood students.
NYACK YOUNG WRITERS SCHOLARSHIP
The Nyack Young Writers Scholarship recognizes two rising Nyack High School seniors, judged to have written and submitted the most outstanding prose or poetry. The scholarship awards $3,500 to the first-place recipient, and $2,000 to the second-place recipient.
NYACK MONDAY MORNING QUARTERBACKS FUND
The Nyack Monday Morning Quarterback Fund provides private financial support to enhance the structures and fields of the Nyack School District, as well as support projects that have a positive impact on the public health and wellness of the residents of the Nyack Schools community.
PEGGY O’GORMAN LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP
The Peggy O’Gorman Leadership Fund offers a scholarship each year, in memorium, to a Nyack High School graduating senior who exemplifies the attributes of leadership, service, scholarship and community.
